• Develop and monitor company policy and SOPs in all departments.
• Conduct internal audit to assess financial and operational processes.
• Develop internal audit standard policy, plan and strategies.
• Review and analyze audit reports and present to top management.
• Oversee ERP system to ensure it is being utilized correctly in all departments.
• Audit and monitoring data in ERP to make sure it is aligned with actual.
• Monitor ISO practices in the company, ensure every department practice ISO standard correctly.
• Conduct monthly raw materials planning.
• Conduct monthly inventory count.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CISA, or ISO Lead Auditor is an advantage. Experience
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Control, or Process Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Trading industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in ERP systems, ISO implementation, inventory control, and operational audits. Technical Competencies
• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance.
• Experience in developing and implementing company policies, SOPs, and compliance frames.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and process integration.
• Experience in conducting financial, operational, compliance, and inventory audits.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and continuous improvement processes.
• Strong capability in inventory management, stock counting, and raw material planning.
• Ability to identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions. Leadership Competencies
