About the role

Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Assist the Sales team in processing customer orders and coordinating product deliveries.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery s, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Follow up with customers for required documents and payment reminders as assigned.
Prepare regular sales reports and update sales databases.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interal skills.
Ability to independently and as part of a team.
Good command of English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
