About the role

Manage institute's day-to-day operations to ensure efficient, effective, high-quality administrative and academic performance.
Attend to the design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous enhancement of designated training programs to ensure compliance with MoLVT requirements, ACCA/CPA curriculum standards, diploma programs, and SDI’s quality framework.
Ensure departments comply with the institute’s policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support the Executive Management team in strategic planning, institutional development, and organizational decision-making.
Review, validate, and approve financial reports prepared by the accounting department and relevant staff.
Develop, implement, and periodically review the institute’s risk management framework to minimize operational and strategic risks.
Work closely with the Marketing department to develop and execute strategies that strengthen the institute’s brand, training programs, and public reputation.
Ensure the implementation of effective assessment systems that promote active, collaborative, and authentic learning experiences.
Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of academic records within the Student Management System (SMS).
Analyze institutional and professional academic data to identify trends, address challenges, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
Foster a high-performance culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Lead and support curriculum implementation, review, and enhancement in collaboration with Subject Team Leaders and the Curriculum Specialist.
Monitor and evaluate training program performance and professional development of teachers while overseeing student achievement.
Develop and implement strategic action plans to improve training quality, student outcomes, and institutional performance.
Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, policy development, reporting, and the execution of strategic initiatives.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of accurate professional academic, operational, and program performance reports to management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Educational Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of management and leadership experience.
Ability to create and maintain networks/relationships.
Good command of spoken and written English.
