About the role

Drive development strategies to expand services, partnerships, and institutional collaborations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government, private sector, and key stakeholder contacts.
Identify new opportunities, assess market needs, and support proposal or solution development.
Coordinate with internal teams to align service delivery, client expectations, and operational goals.
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for management and senior leadership.
Support strategic planning, negotiation, and follow-up actions to achieve growth targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, IT, Economics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of experience in development, consulting, analysis, or account management.
Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and technology-based service environments.
PProven ability to manage stakeholder relationships in government or regulated sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills in a fast-paced professional setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools; English required, Khmer preferred.
