About the role

Achieve individual sales targets for Merchant's products and services including Merchant Cashback, Fleet Card, Merchant’s Credit Card, and other assigned merchant products by providing customers with a friendly banking experience through professional sales activities.
Execute outdoor sales activities plans provided by the line manager and management team.
Provide consultative recommendations for merchant products and services suitable for customer demands.
Check cashback program setup and verify ABA Cashback display on the ABA mobile app.
Facilitate in processing merchant products by obtaining required documents, ensuring compliance, and that submitted documents are accurate and valid.
Prepare merchant agreements and other underwriting activities.
Ensure all submitted documents and agreements are true, accurate, and valid to avoid financial or reputational losses.
Work closely with relevant teams to ensure timely setup of merchant products and take proper actions to expedite the process.
Maintain excellent relationships with acquired merchants for retention and cross-selling.
Collect merchant feedback and escalate to the line manager.
Handle customer issues by remaining calm and executing excellent customer service principles.
Prepare individual sales action plans and reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Act as a role model within the team to question, listen, and give actionable feedback.
Contribute to sound profitability by creating effective referral nets.
Regularly evaluate own targets and discuss performance improvement with the line manager.
Keep an eye on local competitors to propose new sales opportunities.
Keep up-to-date with ABA’s products suites and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field.
Minimum two years of experience in banking and financial services industry.
Good people skills and ability to engage and influence team members.
Excellent knowledge of Bank operations, card operations, risk prevention and management, banking rules and regulations, laws, and all related policies.
Hands-on experience with relationship management, customer services, and sales.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good management, problem solving, negotiation, and interal skill.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
