Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to minimize operational downtime.
Monitor equipment performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.
Recommend capital expenditure requirements and equipment replacement plans.
Manage daily trucking requirements for container movements.
Coordinate utilization of the company-owned trucking fleet.
Manage relationships with third-party trucking contractors and transport providers.
Monitor trucking performance, availability, service quality, and compliance.
Ensure efficient dispatch planning and route coordination.
Monitor transport costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety standards.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security regulations.
