• The project involves upgrading existing infrastructure, constructing dog kennels, and installing essential utility systems in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications, and FOUR PAWS operational and animal welfare standards.
• The scope of works includes: Renovation and upgrading of existing facility buildings; Construction of approximately 24 dog kennels; Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works; Ancillary and supporting works required for full project completion.

Interested contractors must:

Be legally registered in Cambodia Hold valid business and tax registration certificates Demonstrate relevant experience in similar renovation and/or construction projects Demonstrate sufficient technical, operational and financial capacity Provide qualified personnel and equipment for implementation Agree to comply with FOUR PAWS policies and Code of Conduct Preference may be given to contractors with experience in similar facility construction projects.
