About the role

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual real estate sales targets.
Lead, train, and monitor the sales team to ensure high performance and professionalism.
Identify and pursue new opportunities, including fleet, corporate, and B2B sales.
Oversee showroom operations and maintain high customer service standards.
Analyze competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely real estate availability and delivery.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, SEO, YouTube, etc., to drive leads and traffic.
Oversee social media and website optimization to boost brand visibility and conversions.
Track and report digital performance using analytics and CRM tools.
Collaborate with content and design teams for effective online marketing materials.
Manage email and retargeting campaigns to convert and retain leads.
Stay updated on digital trends and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing (combined or separate).
Strong knowledge of real estate industry trends and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in social media platforms, and advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
