About the role

Assists international volunteers to manage all sponsorship programs implemented by Program Managers (RP) in the south area.
Helps international volunteers to ensure a social follow up of families by visiting at minimum one time per year.
Supports international volunteers to manage the ‘recruitment’ of new godchildren by collecting and verifying necessary information and organizing exams in villages.
Facilitates and maintains good relationships with teachers, local authorities, and volunteers.
Works with international volunteers to check and monitor monthly sponsorship distributions prepared by RPs.
Acts as a translator and interpreter for international volunteers if needed.
Collects letters from godchildren for their godparents every three months, checking and correcting content before sending to Phnom Penh.
Collects and updates information in « Courrier d’Asie » and « Salesforce ».
Assists international volunteers to ensure academic follow-up of students at their schools by collecting attendance, conducting small internal exams, and checking notebooks.
Works with international volunteers to train and encourage RPs to conduct educational activities before distribution.
Serves as a point of contact and support for French Volunteers or Other EDM Colleagues for the holistic and integral education of young people.

Requirements

Cambodian national.
Reports to International French Volunteer, Head of Social.
Responsible for Social work, Correspondence, Holistic Education role: Academic follow up, Orientation/Forum, Exams, and consultation Meeting; Support for Human Training and self-development activities, Budget Management.
