About the role

Monitor and review loan overdue reports (PAR 60+) and write-off collections for all assigned branches under the respective line controls.
Communicate regularly with branch managers to review overdue loan status and discuss effective recovery strategies within their regions.
Analyze delinquent loan portfolios and recommend appropriate recovery strategies to branch recovery staff.
Conduct field visits to branches to support and strengthen loan recovery performance and resolve challenging cases.
Monitor and ensure branch implementation of loan recovery policies, recovery procedures, and management directives.
Follow up on high-risk and long-overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery actions and proper escalation where required.
Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate legal actions, loan restructuring, write-offs, and other recovery solutions when necessary.
Review portfolio quality, identify recovery trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance recovery performance.
Support branch recovery staff in resolving complex or escalated delinquent loan cases through guidance and coaching.
Deliver refresher training on loan products, recovery strategies, and best practices for branch staff.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of overdue loan data and recovery records before management reporting.
Perform any other duties or special assignments as directed by the Line Manager or Management.

Requirements

Graduated bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking or Economic Science.
Ability to use English and Computer well.
At least 5 years of experience in bad debt management, credit operations, and people management with banking.
