font-size: small;"><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b>:<br /></span><p><strong>- Deliver Practical Sound Post-Production Training </strong></p> <ul><li>Deliver lessons using a hands-on approach (80% practical, 20% theory) </li><li>Teach key areas: <ul><li>Dialogue editing and audio cleanup </li><li>Sound design and effects layering </li><li>ADR and Foley recording techniques</li></ul> </li><li>Audio mixing and balancing </li><li>Final export and delivery formats </li><li>Demonstrate real workflows using Pro Tools or equivalent software </li><li>Adapt teaching methods to different student skill levels </li></ul> <p><strong>2- Develop & Update Industry-Relevant Curriculum </strong></p> <ul><li>Design lesson plans and training modules for sound post-production </li><li>Ensure content reflects current TVC and film industry practices </li><li>Structure courses following real workflow stages: <ul><li>Audio preparation</li><li>Editing </li><li>Sound design </li><li>Mixing </li><li>Final delivery</li></ul> </li><li>Continuously improve training materials based on industry trends and feedback </li></ul> <p><strong>3- Supervise Student Projects & Production Workflows </strong></p> <ul><li>Guide students through hands-on projects and exercises </li><li>Simulate real production environments with deadlines and teamwork </li><li>Supervise student work on: <ul><li>Dialogue editing </li><li>Sound effects and design </li><li>Mixing sessions </li></ul> </li><li>Ensure students follow professional practices: <ul><li>Session organization </li><li>File naming and storage </li><li>Version control </li><li>Delivery standards </li></ul> </li></ul> <p><strong>4- Assess Student Performance & Support Development </strong></p> <ul><li>Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and practical tests </li><li>Provide clear, constructive feedback on technical and creative work </li><li>Identify learning gaps and support improvement </li><li>Encourage students to reach industry-ready skill level </li><li>Support student motivation, confidence, and career preparation </li></ul> <p><strong>5- Manage Classroom Environment & Contribute to School Activities </strong></p> <ul><li>Maintain discipline and promote professional behavior and punctuality </li><li>Act as a role model in teamwork, responsibility, and work ethics </li><li>Provide basic counselling and guidance to students when needed </li><li>Participate in Film School activities such as: <ul><li>Productions and student projects </li><li>School events and collaborations </li></ul></li></ul><span style="font-family: inherit;
