About the role

Develop a debt recovery plan for customers who have defaulted and are more than 360 days late.
Assess and rank customers by priority for resolution.
Visit to resolve and collect payments from overdue customers.
Plan daily village visits by area of responsibility and update managers and provincial directors weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving bad loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and achieve targets.
Report daily and weekly results.
Coordinate with local authorities to resolve customer issues.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance, or an equivalent qualification.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess planning abilities and can work under difficult conditions.
Have some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Have good computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is an advantage.
