About the role

Manage and grow the Infrastructure Solutions portfolio, including Servers, Storage, HCI, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Virtualization, Data Center, Cloud, and Continuity solutions.
Define product strategy, positioning, value propositions, pricing, and lifecycle management plans.
Identify emerging technologies, market opportunities, and vendor partnerships to enhance the product portfolio.
Develop solution bundles and service offerings aligned with customer requirements and market demand.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key technology vendors, including Huawei, Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, xFusion, VMware, Veeam, and other infrastructure partners.
Manage vendor engagement activities, including pricing negotiations, deal registration, rebates, MDF programs, certifications, training, and reviews.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement activities, and strategic account planning.
Support Sales teams through product presentations, customer shops, proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and tender responses.
Collaborate with Presales and Engineering teams on solution design, BOM validation, architecture reviews, pricing strategies, and profitability optimization.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and vendor roadmaps to identify growth opportunities and portfolio enhancements.
Drive product commercialization initiatives to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Development, Infrastructure Solutions, IT System Integration, or Technology Distribution.
Proven experience ing with enterprise infrastructure technologies and solution providers.
Experience managing vendor relationships and infrastructure product portfolios is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including Servers, Storage, Virtualization, HCI, Backup & Recovery, Data Center, and Cloud solutions.
Knowledge of leading technology vendors such as Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Huawei, VMware, Veeam, and related ecosystems.
Strong product management, commercialization, and strategic planning capabilities.
Experience in pricing strategy, commercial analysis, and case development.
Ability to evaluate technology trends and translate them into market-ready solutions.
