About the role

The consultant/service provider will be responsible for the following tasks: Develop questionnaire for conducting interview and methodologies.
Develop plan for conducting interview in three provinces.
Conduct focus group discussion.
Survey 120 workers, KII 15.
Submit a full assessment report that reflects the achievement of key finding results in Khmer and English.
Summary and conduct the factsheet of the finding (full, summary, factsheet) in Khmer and English.
Presentation about the report finding during the process of consultation conducted by CFSWF.
Produce 4 case studies in Khmer and English.

Requirements

Minimum of advanced Bachelor’s Degree of Laws or any related fields.
Minimum 5 years’ Experience in the field of conduct/interview workers rights, decent, safe place, labor law and trade union.
Pruven experience in developing questionnaires, and tools.
Understanding about action research process.
Strong communication and internal skills.
Strong knowledge of the Cambodian context, particularly regarding worker rights and labor rights; Fluency in spoken and written Khmer and English.
Technical Proposal: assessment outline and methodology, materials and tools to be used during the interview process; Detailed plan and timeline of the assignment.
Financial Proposal: Detailed budget breakdown.
