About the role

Develop and execute comprehensive video content and social media strategies aligned with and marketing objectives.
Lead the planning, recording, and editing of high-quality video content using smartphones and CapCut, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual standards.
Oversee the creation of promotional videos to market company services across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Direct and manage al branding video initiatives to strengthen brand authority and online visibility.
Manage, optimize, and scale Facebook pages, including content calendars, community management, and audience engagement strategies.
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook boosted posts and advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
Establish content guidelines, flows, and best practices for video production and social media management.
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to continuously improve content performance.
Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to align content campaigns with overall strategy.
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, views) and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Mentor, guide, and supervise junior content creators or social media staff (if applicable).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Open to both gender
Minimum 5
8 years’ experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
Experience managing Facebook pages and boosting posts is an advantage.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual presentation skills.
Good communication skills and ability to independently.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
