About the role

Plan debt recovery for defaulted clients and clients who are overdue by 360 days.
Evaluate and rank clients based on priority for resolution.
Go out to resolve and collect payments from overdue clients on a regular basis.
Plan daily village visits according to each area of responsibility and update the manager and provincial branch manager weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving bad debts.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and achieve plans.
Report on daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities in resolving issues with clients.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance Institutions, or equivalent.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capable of planning and working under difficult conditions.
Some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Improved computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is prioritized.

Compensation Details
