About the role

Plans and activities based on assigned targets and directions including but not limited to Enterprise, Corporate and retail markets.
Assists the Manager / Director to develop sales plan and strategies in alignment with strategy.
Assists the Manager / Director to do market research to provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting including but not limited to monitoring of information and data related to customers, prospects interactions, and competitors.
Presents products, services and solution to customers including but not limited to price negotiation, terms and conditions arrangements.
Closely and coordinates with technical team and related teams to study requirements of customers and the company’s feasibility.
Uses best competency and own strategies to close deals.
Works closely with CRM Team of Operations to retain existing customers.
Assists Finance Team to follow up and chase up payments from customers when required.
Supports customers on emails, phone calls, chats, in-meetings.
Delivers customer satisfaction and builds loyalty.
Works closely with Marketing colleagues to establish channels, partner programs, sales promotion activities, and brand promotion activities.
Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager / Director.

Requirements

Higher education degree.
Ability to do market research, churning, closing deals.
Being aggressive, good at Sales tactics and result driven.
Ability to comply with the company’s policies, procedures and other guidelines.
Good organizing ability and attention to details.
Good sense of service and delivery.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Ability to learn new things quickly, perform for high results.
Good ability to communicate in English or Chinese for purposes.
Good knowledge of MS Officer and Internet surfing.
