span class="noselect"> The company operates the well-known brand Kungfu Kitchen and manages multiple restaurant brands with more than 30 outlets across Cambodia.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-0">Technology & Systems Support</li><li class="indent-1">Assist in the preparation, configuration, and deployment of warehouse management and food production systems.</li><li class="indent-1">Provide user support and guidance to ensure effective system usage by operational teams.</li><li class="indent-1">Document, track, and escalate system issues to the head of the IT and Data Analyst team.</li><li class="indent-1">Support system testing, rollout, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.</li><li class="indent-1">Maintain appropriate user access control and follow internal data security policies.</li><li class="indent-1">Assist with troubleshooting system-related issues across different platforms used by the organization.</li><li class="indent-0">Operational Systems Support</li><li class="indent-1">Provide operational support for POS and other outlet systems used for ordering, billing, payments, and promotions.</li><li class="indent-1">Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for system maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution.</li><li class="indent-1">Support outlet staff with basic system usage, troubleshooting, and user access management.</li><li class="indent-1">Assist in monitoring system performance and data accuracy to minimize disruption to operations.</li><li class="indent-1">Help troubleshoot operational equipment such as tablets, printers, barcode scanners, and basic network connectivity when needed.</li><li class="indent-0">Data Support & Reporting</li><li class="indent-1">Assist with data collection, data preparation, and data cleaning.</li><li class="indent-1">Support basic data extraction and database queries.</li><li class="indent-1">Help prepare operational reports related to sales, inventory, or system performance.</li><li class="indent-1">Work with the data team to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.</li></ul>Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification): <div class="key-list" style="flex-grow: 1; margin-top: 5px;"><ul class="job-detail-req"><li>Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Experience supporting business systems, digital platforms, data systems, or IT operations for 1 to 3 years is preferred</li><li>Basic understanding of business systems, digital platforms, or operational software.</li><li>Familiarity with databases, system integration, and transaction data.</li><li>Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software troubleshooting.</li><li>General awareness of warehouse management and food production systems is an advantage.</li><li>Experience with retail/F&B systems is a plus but not required.</li><li>Fresh graduates with relevant internships or strong technical capabilities are welcome to apply.</li></ul></div></div><div class="ql-editor" style="text-align: justify;">Please send CV and cover letter to Email:      HR@Kungfukh.com Phone:    061473282 Website:  Please mention "www.Cambodiajobs.Biz" where you saw the ad when you apply!  </div><div class="blogger-post-footer">Moreinfo: http://cambodiajobs.blogspot.com</div>.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field.
Experience supporting business systems, digital platforms, data systems, IT operations for 1 3 years is preferred Basic understanding business systems, digital platforms, operational software.
Familiarity with databases, system integration, transaction data.
Basic knowledge IT hardware software troubleshooting.
General awareness warehouse management food production systems an advantage.
Experience with retail/F&B systems a plus not required.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships strong technical capabilities welcome apply.
