About the role

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain customer records and update information in weekly & monthly tracking report.
Escalate complex issues to line manager immediately in the serious case.
Follow up with customers/consumers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Support sales and operational teams by providing customers feedback and insights.
Meet service level agreements and customer feedback satisfaction target.
Stay updated on company products and services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1–2 years of customer experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
