About the role

Responsible for daily accounts receivable accounting, invoicing, reconciliation, and aging analysis to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Follow up on customer payment progress, assist in collecting overdue payments, and reduce bad debt risk.
Maintain communication with sales, operations, and customers to handle accounting discrepancies and payment issues.
Assist in completing basic administrative tasks and departmental document filing to support the team's daily operations.

Requirements

Associate's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance-related, with preference given to candidates with experience in the logistics/transportation industry.
Familiar with basic accounting principles and office software such as Excel, able to independently handle reconciliation and data processing.
Detail-oriented, responsible, able to complete tasks on time and withstand a certain amount of pressure.
Strong professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, positive attitude, and strong learning ability.
Able to communicate in Khmer.
