span class="noselect"> The company operates the well-known brand Kungfu Kitchen and manages multiple restaurant brands with more than 30 outlets across Cambodia.Roles and Responsibilities:End-to-End Project Ownership<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Lead and oversee all construction and store development projects for KFK, KX, and new brand concepts from site handover through to final fit-out, commissioning, and store opening.</li></ul>Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Manage relationships with main contractors, specialist subcontractors, mall management, equipment suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and alignment at every project milestone.</li></ul>Program Management & Daily Reporting<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Develop and maintain detailed project programs</li><li class="indent-1">Monitor execution progress against milestones</li><li class="indent-1">Provide structured daily written site updates to management, flagging progress, blockers, and next-day plans.</li></ul>Budget Control & Cost Efficiency<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Own the project budget from pre-construction through to handover.</li><li class="indent-1">Control costs, track variations, validate contractor invoices, and ensure efficient resource allocation without compromising quality or timeline.</li></ul>Drawing Review & Specification Compliance<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Interpret and verify all architectural, structural, interior fit-out, and MEP drawings.</li><li class="indent-1">Ensure all works are executed strictly in accordance with approved design intent, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Brand Standards, Safety & Regulatory Compliance<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Enforce full adherence to brand design guidelines, site safety regulations, fire and building codes, mall authority requirements, and all relevant company policies across every project.</li></ul>Risk Identification & Issue Resolution<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Proactively identify construction risks, site clashes, design discrepancies, and supply issues before they escalate.</li><li class="indent-1">Practical resolutions to keep projects on track.</li></ul>Ongoing Store Maintenance Management<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Manage all post-opening store maintenance and repair works across the portfolio.</li><li class="indent-1">Coordinate with relevant teams and contractors to ensure issues are logged, actioned, and closed out promptly.</li></ul>Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification): <div class="key-list" style="flex-grow: 1; margin-top: 5px;"><ul class="job-detail-req"><li>Minimum experience in construction project management, prior F&B, restaurant, or retail fit-out experience strongly for 5 years is preferred</li><li>Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAD software</li><li>Full competency in reading all construction and MEP drawing such as architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and fire protection plans.</li><li>Strong project management and scheduling skills</li><li>Proven budget management capability</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills including liaising with mall landlords, contractors, government authorities, and senior internal stakeholders.</li><li>Willingness to travel and work on multiple sites concurrently</li></ul></div><div class="key-list" style="flex-grow: 1; margin-top: 5px;"> </div></div><div class="ql-editor" style="text-align: justify;">Please send CV and cover letter to Email:      HR@Kungfukh.com Phone:    061473282 Website:  Please mention "www.Cambodiajobs.Biz" where you saw the ad when you apply!  </div><div class="blogger-post-footer">Moreinfo: http://cambodiajobs.blogspot.com</div>.

Requirements
