All quotations must be submitted before the deadline for submission of offers. Quotation validity: Minimum 60 days. Please refer to the attached item list for detailed units of measure. Suppliers in Cambodia are encouraged to apply. Suppliers outside Cambodia must quote on a DAP basis to Preah Vihear and Oddar Meanchey Provinces. Supplier registration is required through Oracle. Bidders are highly recommended to submit on WAVE Portal or via email or physical address.
