About the role

Responsible for driving revenue growth through B2B sales, B2C sales, service selling, and client acquisition across institutional, corporate, and residential segments.
This role focuses on understanding client needs, proposing suitable service solutions, and building long-term relationships that result in recurring and project-based sales.
Responsibilities include identifying and approaching new clients, building strong relationships with decision-makers, preparing and presenting quotations, conducting client meetings, negotiating service agreements, maintaining a structured sales pipeline, collaborating with Operations and CRM teams, monitoring client satisfaction, and providing weekly sales activity reports to the CEO/COO.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of sales manager experience across B2B, B2C, or service-based sales.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse client groups.
Excellent Khmer and English communication (spoken and written).
Proven ability to build trust, follow up, and close deals.
Comfortable preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
Experience in service industries (cleaning, facilities, logistics, home services) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with government procurement or institutional sales processes is a plus.
Existing client nets in Phnom Penh or major cities are preferred.
