• Draft or finalize legal advice and opinion to clients on matters related to real estate and construction.
• Assist senior associates/lawyers in drafting legal briefs/memoranda, contracts/agreements and other legal documents related to the practice group.
• Conduct or assist in supervising or coordinating due diligence exercises, including drafting/finalizing due diligence reports, on companies/owner, assets or projects.
• Conduct/supervise research of laws and regulations.
• Communicate with clients on matters assigned, in particular in providing direction and support.
• Liaise with relevant officials and/or authorities to resolve all issues related to the matters assigned.
• Draft/update templates and ing tools to ensure that they can be used appropriately and effectively.
• Case management and closings.
• Prepare proposals to clients and assist in billing and invoicing in accordance with the firm’s policies and as assigned by supervisor.
• Record properly time spent, both billable hours and non-billable hours in accordance the firm’s policies.
• Participate in the activities of legal professional bodies and maintain good relations with regulators and regulatory bodies.
• Within the Firm, be a contact point (responsible ) in the areas of the practice group.
• Assist in development and other tasks as assigned by supervisor/lawyers from time to time.

Education: Holds a bachelor degree in law or equivalent in related field. Other academic qualifications in related field and/or English would be an added advantage. Experience: At least 3 years ing experience in real estate and construction practice or similar field.
