Oversee daily operations of all retail stores (supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.) Ensure consistency in operational standards across all locations Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Develop long-term and short-term operational strategies Align operations with company goals and business growth plans Support store expansion and new store openings Monitor overall sales performance and profitability Set KPIs and targets for store managers and teams Analyze performance data and implement improvements Lead Store Managers, Area Managers, and operations teams Build a strong leadership pipeline within retail operations Provide coaching, training, and performance management Ensure high standards of customer service across all stores Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Address major customer issues and complaints Ensure effective stock management and product availability Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and operational waste Identify inefficiencies and improve operational workflows Implement best practices in retail operations Drive cost control and productivity improvements Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Maintain safety, hygiene, and security standards Monitor operational risks and take corrective actions

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field 2–3+ years of experience in retail operations (supermarket or FMCG preferred) Strong leadership and people management skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and decision-making skills E4Experience managing multi-store retail operations
