Responsibilities encompass ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and proposing improvements. Additionally, tasks include customer engagement, invoice handling, and file management. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations Tasks: Efficiently handle daily tasks within operations procedures. Send shipping advice to overseas stations. Interface with subcontractors. Manage file opening, closing, and archiving. Check shipping documents and process in Forwarder Systems. Monitor customs clearance and coordinate with related parties. Follow up on deliveries to customers. Send pre-alerts to customers. Follow up carriers for cargo delivery. Report irregularities to the manager and suggest improvements. Customer Interaction: Follow up on customer shipment advice and feedback. Provide market information for quotations. Check, verify, and update documents in the system. Collaborate with local and overseas offices. Provide pre-claim details to customers. Manage incidents, inquiries, complaints, and claims. Verify and post incoming invoices. Handle customer statistics and reports. Close files in the company system. Undertake additional tasks as assigned. EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES LANGUAGES: English
