About the role

Analyze & identify market demands, customers preference & market trends for company.
Develop marketing strategies & find new customer as target.
Adapt sales & pricing tactics base on market trends and competitor analysis.
Initiates & coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new market.
Develop & implement sales strategies with the company's capabilities to hit sales target. out annual sales plan base on company target and market situation.
Training & support the followers to close deal and successful company’s sales target.
Team leadership and supervision.
Manage sales team performance, team & productivity within KPI.
Daily, weekly & monthly report to management.
Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

At least bachelor degree of , Sales & Marketing or any related field At least 2-3 years’ experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company Be good English communication.
Chinese is advantage.
Be able to use Microsoft office, Internet & Email Good communication, negotiation skills Hard ing, loyalty, punctual, flexible and patient Good attitude, commitment and be able to under pressure Good sales management skill.
