About the role

The HR Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the company's recruitment and talent acquisition activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates that support growth and operational requirements.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department managers to identify manpower requirements.
Prepare and post job advertisements through various recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
Negotiate employment terms and prepare job offers.
Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Hiring Success Rate.
Prepare monthly recruitment reports and manpower updates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and employee files.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in recruitment.
FMCG industry experience is preferred.
Recruitment and interviewing techniques.
ATS and HRIS systems.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Labor law knowledge.
Communication and interal skills.
Negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Good command of English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR Management Systems.
