About the role

Conduct meticulous audits of processes and asset management across various departments in strict accordance with company policies and regulations.
Utilize office software to thoroughly verify internal financial records, showroom samples, and physical inventory, ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of all data.
Maintain a strictly objective and neutral stance; accurately document issues identified during audits and compile comprehensive reports.
Oversee and urge relevant departments to implement corrective measures based on audit findings, demonstrating a high level of responsibility toward the company.
Possess a strong commitment to fairness, impartiality, and integrity; strictly refrain from any private social interactions or financial dealings with personnel from other departments to ensure absolute audit independence.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and adherence to principles; possess keen insight capable of identifying hidden procedural loopholes or instances of non-compliance.
Exhibit resilience and the ability to work under high pressure; stand firm on principles and remain deeply committed to safeguarding company assets and interests.

Requirements

Proficiency in standard office software (Excel proficiency preferred); Chinese proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is an advantage.
