About the role

The Merchant Management Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing strategic corporate merchants to support the company’s growth.
This role evaluates merchant needs, presents suitable POS/QR/SoftPOS solutions, and oversees the end‑to‑end onboarding process, including eligibility checks and compliance requirements.
Identify potential corporate merchants aligned with strategy Analyze merchant category, transaction volume, industry suitability Prepare and present product offerings, partnership model, and value proposition Identify merchants that require POS acquiring services Assess merchant eligibility, collect required KYC, and obtain compliance approval Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence Identify low-performing merchants and go to visit to provide targeted solutions Regularly follow up with merchants to resolve operational or technical issues Identify merchants with irregular deposits and proactively engage them Educate merchants on benefits: faster settlement, improved cash management, better financial visibility Other Task assigned by Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in , Education, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
5+ years iin merchant acquiring, POS/QR/SoftPOS, payments, or financial services Understanding of banking products, merchant , merchant acquisition Managing merchant relationships, handling escalations, and resolving issues fast Strategic mindset with ability to convert strategy into execution and measureable outcomes Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
