• The audit must be conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Specific attention is drawn to the following requirements: Cumulative Reporting: Verification of 5-year longitudinal fund flow.
• Last Mile" Verification: Mandatory field visits and direct beneficiary testing.
• Statutory Compliance: Review of local NGO regulations and tax/payroll compliance.

• This is a multi-year community development project, and we are seeking an auditor who can provide a high level of assurance over a multi-year cycle.
• This assignment covers the financial years ending 30 June 2025 and 30 June 2026.

Submission Requirements Proposal Requirements

Your submission should be divided into two parts:

• Technical Proposal: Detailing your firm’s experience, audit methodology (specifically regarding field verification), team composition, and a work plan to meet the 31st December 2026 deadline.
• Financial Proposal: An itemized budget for both professional fees and reimbursable expenses, including fee rates, number of days and breakdown of expenses.
