About the role

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage social media, website, email, and online campaigns to support goals.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize results for better ROI.
Create engaging content and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Oversee SEO, SEM, and advertising activities to improve online visibility.
Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Control the marketing budget, monitor key performance indicators, and produce performance reports to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in logistics or B2B.
Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital tools.
Proven ability to plan campaigns, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
Proficiency in English; Khmer skills are an advantage.
Ability to independently, lead initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
