span class="noselect"> The company operates the well-known brand Kungfu Kitchen and manages multiple restaurant brands with more than 30 outlets across Cambodia.Roles and Responsibilities: </div><div class="ql-editor" style="text-align: justify;">Payment Review & Verification<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Audit vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements for accuracy and legitimacy.</li><li class="indent-1">Verify supporting documentation (invoices, approvals, contracts).</li><li class="indent-1">Ensure payments comply with company policies and delegated authority limits.</li><li class="indent-1">Review duplicate, unusual, or high-risk transactions.</li></ul>Internal Controls & Compliance<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Evaluate effectiveness of payment controls and recommend improvements.</li><li class="indent-1">Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax rules, and internal procedures.</li><li class="indent-1">Monitor segregation of duties within the payment process.</li><li class="indent-1">Support SOX or internal control testing where applicable.</li></ul>Fraud Detection & Risk Management<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Identify potential fraud indicators and payment anomalies.</li><li class="indent-1">Perform data analytics to detect suspicious payment patterns.</li><li class="indent-1">Investigate payment discrepancies and escalate issues.</li><li class="indent-1">Maintain fraud risk logs and follow up on remediation.</li></ul>Reporting & Documentation<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Prepare audit working papers and reports.</li><li class="indent-1">Document audit findings, root causes, and corrective actions.</li><li class="indent-1">Track audit issues to closure.</li><li class="indent-1">Provide periodic dashboards on payment risk trends.</li></ul>Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification): <div class="key-list" style="flex-grow: 1; margin-top: 5px;"><ul class="job-detail-req"><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in internal audit, financial control, or a similar role for 3 years as a minimum</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel.</li><li>Good command of English (spoken and written).</li></ul></div></div><div class="ql-editor" style="text-align: justify;">Please send CV and cover letter to Email:      HR@Kungfukh.com Phone:    061473282 Website:  Please mention "www.Cambodiajobs.Biz" where you saw the ad when you apply!  </div><div class="blogger-post-footer">Moreinfo: http://cambodiajobs.blogspot.com</div>.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, related field.
Proven experience internal audit, financial control, a similar role for 3 years as a minimum Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel.
Good command English (spoken written).
