About the role

Review Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Technical Design Documents.
Develop Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test cases/Test scripts.
Define test scope, test data, objectives, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure testing activities align with SDLC standards/procedures, UAT procedure.
Perform Integration Testing.
Perform Functional Testing.
Perform Regression Testing.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate system functionality against requirements.
Ensure complete test coverage.
Identify, document/log, and track defects.
Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing.
Prioritize defects based on severity and impact.
Closely with developers and analysts to resolve issues.
Maintain defect logs and issue registers.
Ensure compliance with SDLC standards/procedures, UAT procedure, and other related policies, procedures, guidelines.
Support audit reviews and regulatory examinations.
Implement automated test tools (e.g. JMeter, etc.) Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
Improve testing efficiency through automation initiatives.
Understanding CI/CD and review quality validation activities.
Prepare testing reports, defect status reports to line manager.
Escalate critical quality issues timely.
Perform other tasks assigned by line manager and/or senior manager team.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or other related fields Experience: At least 2 years experience of Banking Operations: core banking system, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Card Management System, other digital channels.
A high level of proficiency in English , both writing and speaking.
Skills: Strong at time management and problem-solving skill.
