About the role

Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
Act as the point of contact for project stakeholders, including partners, financial institutions, local communities, NGOs, and government bodies.
Monitor project resources and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials.
Organize and facilitate community outreach, consumer protection and financial literacy workshops, and training sessions for target beneficiaries.
Assist in gathering data on community needs, barriers to financial access, and market trends to help refine project strategies.
Assist in managing the project budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with objectives of the Association.
Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and training agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

Master's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Banking, Development Studies, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in project coordination, ideally within community development, financial inclusion, microfinance for 3 to 5 years Strong understanding of financial inclusion challenges, digital financial services (DFS), and regulatory frameworks.
Good knowledge of financial concepts and banking products Good command of English and Khmer Proficiency in project management tools and strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional cross-cultural communication, community mobilization, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and presentations skills.
