About the role

Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territories by executing structured action plans and contributing informed input to medical sales planning.
Engage existing and prospective customers through regular visits and calls to identify opportunities, solicit orders, and conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight key customer benefits.
Prepare competitive quotations and tender pricing, ensuring delivery and commercial terms are aligned with company policies.
Monitor and track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales plans, taking proactive measures to close performance gaps.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the appropriate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support reporting and visibility.
Monitor competitor activities and market developments, providing timely intelligence to support strategic planning and positioning.
Drive continuous improvement across sales processes, territory planning, and customer satisfaction initiatives to consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, maintaining a structured log to ensure timely resolution and sustained service excellence.
Communicate promotions, product updates, and new product launches to current and prospective customers to maximize commercial opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and installation, and support the development of key customer relationships.
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

Requirements

Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in a similar role are welcome to apply.
Foundational knowledge of the healthcare industry, market landscape, competitors, and customer dynamics.
Basic understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to medical products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, and warranties.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in the local ; ing proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
