This position is for night duty. Responsible for the security of the office and protecting the property of the association both during and outside working hours and holidays (according to your shift). Assist with some administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Observe working hours on time, shift starts at 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Guard the office at night, ensuring safety and taking care of the association's property and equipment
• Organize vehicles neatly, lock them, and clean them
• Regularly check water systems, electricity, and other areas in or outside the office before and after work
• Organize office documents in their designated places and arrange tables and chairs orderly during work hours
• Report to the manager promptly in case of loss of property and other equipment
• Report to the manager in a timely manner during working hours if there is any emergency
• Clean the surrounding environment of the office to be clean
• Complete tasks assigned by the manager on time
• Assist with administrative work such as sending documents to Phnom Penh, collecting documents sent from Phnom Penh, and assisting with organizing other office supplies.
