About the role

The Director will manage and optimize our transformer manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of transformer design and production.
Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the long-term growth and profitability of the manufacturing facility.
Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize quality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining high product quality.
Manage the operational budget, driving cost efficiency and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement.
Oversee the design and development of new transformers, ensuring they meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with customers, utilities, and authorities to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe ing environment for all employees.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Develop and maintain a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization. collaboratively with other departments such as engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.

Requirements

Master's Degree is preferred Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering or a related filed Leadership role within the transformer manufacturing industry for 10 years as a minimum Proven history of success in achieving production and quality goals.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within the manufacturing industry.
Experience in ing with transformer design and understanding of relevant engineering principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team to achieve peak performance.
