• Please provide your current address if it differs from the one on your ID card.
• Financial bid in the format provided (price schedule) Note for consulting firms: The financial offer should be net and subject to Value-Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Cambodian Tax Law.
• Note for appraisers: The financial offer is gross and inclusive of Withholding Tax (WHT) 15% .The withheld amount will be paid to the tax authority by GIZ to comply with all the given requirements.
• Tenders which are submitted after the deadline, or which do not comply with the terms and conditions for application, will not be considered.
