About the role

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Identify new opportunities and partnerships.
Promote services and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Lead and support sales/front desk team to improve performance.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
Organize photo and video content for future marketing use.
Follow social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant and engaging content.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
Support the development of monthly content plans and social media calendars.
Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience response.
Assist with basic graphic design and promotional materials when required.
Ensure all content represents the company's brand, safety standards, and professional image.
Work closely with the operations team to capture content without affecting guest safety or daily operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
Sales, tourism, or hospitality for 3 to 5 years.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…).
Experience working with hotels, travel agencies, or tour operators is required.
