About the role

Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify new business opportunities and expand market share for cement products.
Achieve sales goals by assessing current dealer or customer needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers, often including product demos and presentations.
Prepare sales forecast, reports, and competitor analysis and participate in marketing activities, events.
Coordinate with other to ensure that collaborations are being met and company standards are being upheld.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in sales, or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.
