About the role

Manage loan administration of the branch's diverse loan portfolio, including ongoing compliance and individual loan reports.
Serve as a credit liaison between loan administration and lenders through underwriting support and verifying client documents before loan closing.
Coach, mentor, and train less experienced loan administrative personnel and new comers to ensure accurate operational support and lending functions in accordance with Bank policies and government/NBC regulations.
Verify and prepare legal documents submitted by the lending team and District Operations Officers for approval from the branch and/or Head Office personnel to ensure documents are valid and complete according to loan policy.
Ensure all loan documents are completed and compliant with the checklist in a timely manner.
Organize and secure all loan documents, both hard and soft copies.
Identify the final approval level for each loan application, whether at the branch level or requiring Credit Committee resolution, as part of compliance with the Bank's loan policy.
Check CBC to review individual customer credit reports to determine loan request applicability for further approval.
Process loan disbursements within the loan disbursement timeframe to ensure customer satisfaction with fast and convenient service.
Secure all customer loan request required and related documents in the vault (e.g., loan application, collateral) to maintain customer credit information confidentiality and serve as references for disputes.
Follow up with the Monitoring team regarding any client's insurance expiration date to maintain secured loans.
Prepare any duty-related reports needed by the line manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field.
Minimum two years of experience in banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in loan administration.
Excellent knowledge of bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good organizing, recording, and filing skills.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
