About the role

Lead the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of all marketing initiatives to strengthen Dynamic Group’s brand presence, drive growth, and ensure alignment with corporate marketing objectives, while managing and mentoring the marketing team.
Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve goals.
This includes defining target audiences, setting marketing objectives, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including event planners, digital marketing specialists, and copywriters.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
Maintain brand guidelines and oversee brand compliance.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall objectives.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and marketing technology providers.
Reporting: Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards goals.
Staying Current: Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, , Communications, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
5–8+ years in marketing with at least 2–3 years in a lead/manager role.
Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
Budget ownership and vendor/agency management.
Brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
Integrated campaign planning (, owned, earned).
Content & social strategy; editorial calendars.
Performance marketing (CAC/ROAS), SEO/ASO, email/marketing automation.
Market research, customer insights, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication.
People leadership: coach team, set goals, run reviews.
