About the role

Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate operational activities, prepare reports, monitor safety and quality, oversee inventories, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and support the implementation of policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties: 1.
Safety and Quality: Oversee safety implementation in the warehouse and monitoring PPE inventories.
Establish safety rules and signages.
Ensure quality control is implemented.
Drive safety and quality warehouse.
Warehouse operation: Support stock counts and cycle counts.
Monitor warehouse staff attendance and performance.
Assist in implementing warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Assist in coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storing and shipping goods.
Monitor inventory level and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate with warehouse supervisor to enhance incoming plan, production output, and smooth unloading.
Purchasing and Procurement: Source packaging material, consumable material, PPE and equipment, tools from reliable suppliers.
Monitor all material levels and replenish them once they go below safety level.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and/or code of conduct.
Support inventory planning to prevent stock shortage or overstocking.
ERP System Management: Utilize the Odoo ERP system to monitor inventory receiving and issuing.
Ensure the system’s flows are functioning properly and identify areas for improvement.
Train team members on the effective use of the ERP system (if applicable).
Maintain ERP data up to date regarding to operation matters.
Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with the stakeholders to align with operation planning and goals.
Collaborate with external service providers, auditors, and regulatory agencies as needed.
Act as a key point of contact for operation teams.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities to reduce material cost, as well as production cost.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field is required.
Fluency in English and Khmer (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and vendors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of supply chain reporting Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
Professional Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
