About the role

Develop detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, test plans and test data for digital services, features and products related to Mobile Banking and i-Banking, including projects, enhancements, ad-hoc requests, and bug fixes.
Execute UAT testing to ensure systems meet documented requirements (BRD) and functional specifications (FSD), with no regression impact to existing features, services and products.
Report, track and escalate defects or bugs to the development team for further investigation.
Closely with technical teams to explain issues, verify fixes, and ensure proper resolution.
Prepare UAT summary report including evidence of testing results.
Obtain review of test cases and test results from line manager before proceeding with UAT sign-off.
Document UAT sign-off and with stakeholders to obtain formal approvals.
Identify potential and propose improvements based on observations during UAT execution.
Facilitate beta and post-production testing activities to ensure newly developed mobile banking features and ad-hoc fixes are verified before public release.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly reports to line manager.
Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager and/or senior manager team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in management, Information Technology, or other related fields.
At least 1 years’ experience of Banking Operations and core banking system support.
A high level of proficiency in English , both writing and speaking.
Strong at time management and problem-solving skill.
