About the role

Settle merchant posting/terminal charges and journal entries for payment schemes like Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay International (UPI), and Cambodia Shared Switch (CSS).
Review and facilitate new merchant setups.
Verify, execute, and reverse payments to ABA Bank merchant partners and cardholders.
Perform posting of merchant settlement activities daily.
Reconcile and verify daily transactions for accuracy, including cardholder transactions, fee charges, and other miscellaneous transactions.
Facilitate new merchant setup processes in compliance with bank policies.
Perform merchant settlement for entities such as Agoda and Expedia accurately and timely.
Monitor incoming POS acquiring and provide supporting documents to the dispute team for abnormal transactions related to chargebacks and retrievals.
Monitor the chargeback suspense account and perform fund adjustments for cardholder accounts and merchants.
Post daily journal entries for Nostro account clearing amounts from various e-payment channels.
Prepare monthly debit annual fees for cards.
Generate daily incoming and outgoing files to the E-Payment support team for processing.
Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduate in Accounting, Banking & Finance and Administration or relevant field.
Excellent numerical skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and understanding of Bank’s software.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Good interal, team and problem-solving skills.
Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
