About the role

Lead the design and delivery of training programs that strengthen employee performance, support goals, and build a learning culture across companies.
Develop and implement training plans aligned with company needs and growth goals.
Assess training needs across departments and identify skill gaps.
Design engaging onboarding, technical, and soft-skill learning programs.
Coordinate internal trainers, external vendors, and training F&B.
Track training effectiveness and report results to management.
Maintain training records, materials, and learning content updates.
Support performance improvement through coaching and follow-up actions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Education, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in training, learning & development.
Proven experience in training design, facilitation, and program coordination.
Strong communication, presentation, and interal skills.
Ability to assess training needs and translate them into practical solutions.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LMS or training tools is a plus.
Experience in bakery or F&B is an advantage.
Strong leadership mindset with the ability to across teams.
