About the role

Develop and maintain clients in the logistics/transportation industry, driving growth and market expansion.
Develop sales plans, track sales targets, performance data, and client conversion progress.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, partners, and the internal team in Chinese.
Understand client needs, provide suitable logistics solutions and pricing support, and improve conversion rates.
Maintain key client relationships, handle client feedback, and improve satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
Assist the team in completing sales activities, marketing promotions, and cross-departmental collaboration tasks.
Track industry and competitive dynamics, adjust sales strategies promptly, and optimize results.

Requirements

Associate's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in marketing, logistics, , or related fields.
Sales or development experience preferred, especially in the logistics/transportation industry.
Fluent in Mandarin, with proficient oral and written communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
Strong customer development, negotiation, relationship maintenance, and solution implementation abilities.
Management experience, capable of leading a team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
Results-oriented, with strong execution skills, and able to adapt to high-intensity and expansion demands.
Proficient in office software, able to perform basic report compilation and sales data analysis.
