About the role

Collaborate with the team to produce monthly/quarterly and annual plans.
Produce project case studies and reports to submit to the Project Coordinator.
Promote management governance and promote ACs access to the market.
Form SHGs with ACs to manage investment funds.
Implement project activities.
Attend training/shops/meetings.
Provide field coaching/mentorship and monitoring to ACs.
Coordinate farmer-to-farmer learning focusing on poultry and greenhouse vegetables.
Promote ACs access to the market.
Provide digital training and promote ACs use of digital tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in agriculture science, agronomy, plus at least three years of experience in fields related to vegetable value chain, specifically vegetable extension.
Experience leading/facilitating development/market linkages is a plus.
Excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
Knowledge of project management – planning and budgeting.
Demonstrated proficiency in Khmer, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is a plus.
Computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet.
Knowledge and experience with or within community organizations.
Knowledge of Agriculture Cooperative Development.
Good communication and facilitation skills.
Good understanding and sensitivity to poverty, social and ethnic issues.
In-depth knowledge of sustainable livelihoods, value chain, and market development.
Experience in field data collection.
