Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification): English, Level: Fluent, Required Khmer, Level: Native , Required

• Master's degree in or equivalent in Public Health, Nutrition, International Development, Health Systems, Global Health or other relevant field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and at least 5 years of experience ing in public health, nutrition, health systems strengthening, or a closely related development field.
• Experience in planning, coordinating and implementing development programmes, including plan management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in evidence-based monitoring, reporting and data analysis, including use of routine health information systems.
• Demonstrated experience ing within a complex landscape of stakeholders including UN agencies, NGOs, donors and Government counterparts would be an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience as a volunteer and/or experience of another culture, particularly in developing countries, would be highly regarded.
